optimum online slow upload speed
 

have any of you optimum online users experienced crappy upload speeds the past few days? i get 12 meg down but only 126k up...going to a NYC server. when i called up optonline they said they would have to send my request to some other group within opt online and they would call me back within a week. looks like it's time for FIOS i was going to wait until FIOS TV was available here but looks like i'll switch over now.
