Not to bring up bad history for you, but I was on Rt 22 going to the Driver's FX car show and I almost got clipped exactly the same way you did. I was in the left lane doing about 60 when a dumb ***** in an Acura cut in front of me and slammed on the brakes to take a U-turn. It was almost like she didn't even see me. She was probably 12" from getting the business end of a 6000lb 2500HD, and I probably would have spun her into oncoming traffic. I can't imagine what it must have been like to be in that situation on a bike.

Those U-turns on 22 are bad ju ju. They really should add some signage and cut down some of the bushes.

ugh...just thinking about it makes me shiver...glad you got through it unscathed
