Selling our house in Florida. We have owned it since 2004. I personally have only spent between 7 and 10 days there. My father probably around 30 total. Ever since he passed away in Janurary, my mother and I realized we cant use it at all.

Wow, a house smaller than that around the corner from me that was built in 1953 is going for $304K. I need to get the hell out of this area lol
