I think its every six months that Sports Authority has a massive weight sale. I know they do one in November and I think the other is in May. Its usually like 40% off. If you cant find used ones, try calling them up and seeing when the next sale is.

you can get them individually at dicks or sports authority reg price is like 59cents/lb sale is 49cents/lb
