Cruise to the nats?

Assuming I get my license and my lower control arms on does anyone want to meet up some where and cruise down? I would feel a lot better to roll down people instead of heading down my self...

Where do you want to meet up??

NastyEllEssWon 07-30-2008 01:28 PM

nats?

79CamaroDiva 07-30-2008 01:49 PM

instead of thinking about it you should just say you're going. what better do you have to do than come out on a sunday and look at cars?

BigAls87Z28 07-30-2008 02:06 PM

Nasty..alll we talk about is what color our shirts are, whos dating who, and whats the new in things to do.

No car talk..whats so ever.

I say we meet up on Rt22 Fuds like we have been for 2-3 years now?

LTb1ow 07-30-2008 03:32 PM

HardcoreZ28 07-30-2008 08:38 PM

I'll caravan up from Fudds. My buddy Brian might as well.

BigAls87Z28 07-30-2008 10:14 PM

Paul, just make sure you arent behind Wayfast like you were behind lethalrides a few years ago.

Whatever time the Nats are, probably add an hour to that, thats what time we should be there.

What is the approximate route we would be taking.. I have a th350, But I'm assuming the 27 inch tall tires and 3.08 gears might make it a lot better to drive on the highway,no?

HardcoreZ28 07-31-2008 06:41 AM

Hahahah ahhhhh LethalRides.......I can't believe they brought another one into the world.

You'll be taking 287 to 78 to the exit for Oldwick (i think 24). After that its pretty much one nice long road to the track.

LTb1ow 07-31-2008 11:50 AM

Any one meeting up from the shore area?

WayFast84 07-31-2008 12:02 PM

Mike 07-31-2008 12:05 PM

umm, the weathermen cant tell us accurately whats going to happen tomorrow. you really want to put faith in them that they can tell us whats happening 10 days from now?

JL8Jeff 07-31-2008 12:36 PM

It's good when they call for rain 11 days ahead of time. That's what happened with Carlisle this year. And when the weekend arrived, Saturday was awesome. So they can call for rain on 8/10 as of now and by time we get to 8/8 it will probably be sunny and warm!

WOOT!

I was just being a negative Nancy... But rly If theres a good chance of rain I'm out :-? I still have to get the permission slip signed

79CamaroDiva 07-31-2008 01:42 PM

.. i did send it to you right? i have a bad habit of forgetting to...

EDIT: and while it may be a permission slip of sorts.. the insurance company likes to call it "minor release form" or "parental consent form" they have a better ring than "permission slip" ;)

Mike 07-31-2008 01:44 PM

yeah, we arent going to the zoo

WayFast84 07-31-2008 02:08 PM

Yeah you did, I just have to see if I saved it, and then get it to a computer that has a printer..

BigAls87Z28 08-01-2008 01:35 AM

Are we gunna have to hold your hand all the way up to the track?
