Swap for LT1 valve covers
 

If anyone has an extra set, I need of a set of LT1 valve covers. I have SBC centerbolt valve covers that I can swap.

I thought SBC valve covers worked with LT1 heads?

BTW, copied the thread so it appears in the Classifieds: Wanted forum as well.

they do i had ly1 covers on my vert but theres an extra brather hole.

a freind of mine has some ill get ahold of him if not tonight tomorrow ill get back with you on it

LT1 valve covers are dented at the right end corner to clear for the alternator

They will fit an LT1, but LT1 valve covers have a dent as deadtrend1 mentions. I need the "dented" set so I won't have to grind down the alternator or put a dent in my current valve covers.

What do you want style wise? Shiny ones or stock ones?

I'm just looking for the stock ones.

How much are they worth to you?

They are worth a swap for a stock set of SBC valve covers, which I have. lol

Um well a set of SBC vcs does me no good. 20bucks or a case of beer?
