Free Lawnmower
 

Free Lawnmower. i finally got tired of it and bought a new one. Here is what you get.

• 20” cut
• Steel base, has a few localized rust issues in spots but not over all. I was going to fix it but never did.
• Rear bag & mulch. Bag is in good shape
• Relatively new wheels
• 4.0 B&S engine
• Governor just broke so it runs full speed all the time. That needs fixing
• Gas tank probably needs replacing – I fix it with JB Weld every season.
• Blade needs sharpening & balance (very noticeable at full time WOT :) ), maybe replacement
• If it is under 50* out and the engine is cold you have to spray a little oil in the cylinder to get the compression up to start. Runs fine no smoke once started.
• Spark plug wire terminal needs replacing, replaced plug last year
• Ground wire for blade stop is broken. Easy fix.
• No throttle cable

Can you believe until the gov broke I’ve used it like this for years? LOL

Maybe someone has another mower with the problem parts and can use this to make one good one.

bring it by my house if you want. i have a crappy electric mower and this would give me something to tinker with in my spare time.

If you want it come get it. Fix the governor and its ready to go.
