Me and a few friends cruised out to Atco last night to get in some runs, first time for both of us. First race was me against a black T/A w/TT2's.

Never ran before so I kinda took it easy. Next run was up against a pewter SS.

Getting a little better. Next run was with a red Lightning.

I guess I need to get the reaction time a little better and work on that 60' to get into the mid-low 13's. First time out, had an awesome time and I can't believe I never did this before owning this car for about 7-8 years lol. Mods are Magnaflow catback and MTI lid auto with 2.73's

Not bad for your first time. Reaction time has always been my downfall as well

Yeah....not in the least...went right to the bar right after that run a pounded down a few beers

takes practice but car definitely has the mph there. keep at it :)

I know was just pissed off missed 3rd every run...missed 3rd and 4th last run...a few brews were in order after that last one

reaction time has nothing do do with quarter mile times... but definitely work on that 60'

Thanks guys thats what everyone keeps saying about R/T. Don't worry about it etc just leave when the third amber lights. As for the 60' I def need to work on that the next time out. But it was def an awesome experience going down that track. Can't wait to go again

Yeah that'd be cool, I think it's Tuesday and Friday nights though. We're planning on going again on a Friday night either this week or next not to sure yet. Need to meet a few fbody guys to bs with nd give me some tips lol

Fridays are usually a bust for me because of work. I usually try to go on tuesdays and thursdays. I want to go within the next week or two. I'm shooting for next tuesday or thursday depending on my work schedule.

I definitely want to get to atco soon. Ive never made a pass before but 1 i want to and 2 i want to get base numbers before i start with the modding. When a few guys from here are going we should set something up.

Oh see im the opposite with working mon-fri, but its not like the place is open all night anyways. so maybe ill cruise out during the week too. I need some more runs in to get that 60' down and get to low 13's asap
