another wiring question
 

i just installed a B&M Shifter in the 88 iroc, and i can't figure out the neutral safety and back up light switch wiring i wired it one way and the reverse lights stayed on in all gears and then i changed it around and now i have no reverse lights:evil:

if anyone has any tips or feels like comin up let me know i can live without thereverse lights for now
