There is a line in the clear coat where the bracket touches the bumper and it is attached with 2 LARGE pop rivets that secure it and removing it would cost quite a bit to fill the holes and CORRECTLY use the right paints (with flex agents). I would love the cleaner look of NO bracket, but that's down the road someday.

Love it! I want that spoiler 2! But who let you take those in front of my crib?

DaSkinnyGuy 03-27-2011 08:40 PM

Ed finally takes photos and ends up posting them in the wrong section.

MyFirstZ 03-27-2011 10:55 PM

Beautiful car man.

Prob the best looking 3rd gen Formula I have seen. I'm not a fan of red cars either but yours looks great! Very nice backdrop also!

Finally nice shots of his car! Sweet.

It's also a nice break from all the crapola cell phone pics people keep posting up lately.

The BEST mod everybody should do to their 3rd Gen FBody. It makes the whole car FEEL heavier and takes out the bounce and roll going over bumps and potholes. From what I looked into, the ALSTON brand design works very well with connecting the front and rear sub frames. I also had them welded in!
