just got this bad boy back to my town. its my friends car and its an absolute animal. i know most of you dont like Evo/imports but this car is a monster lol pulled a C6 Z NO PROBLEM on the way back. Car built and tuned a Turbotrix in edison.

Love it! My wife keeps edging me to get one. She has this particular black one around town in her mind, as soon as a for sale is on it, she wants me to jump on it.

lol evos are pretty nutty. and since its in my posession for the weekend, if i can get a dealerplate ill be takin it to the chatterbox meet.

Looks clean. Mod list? Should put down some pretty good power. Going to estimate 550 AWHP to walk away from a C6 Z with ease.

Unless the C6 isn't paying attention lol. How about track times or even dyno sheets?

The evo's weigh comparably to a C6 Z and with a good setup they can walk a Z. Confused on why you think this wouldn't happen?? I said walk, not run away. :)

I love my Evo. What's the build on that monster? My friend has his 1000 awhp evo and its a pretty nice grocery getter :)

I didn't say that! I was really referring to the OP, so I banged up the context.

I'm saying sometimes guys who make superfluous statements like "pulled a C6 Z NO PROBLEM" very well may be walking away from a car that doesn't know they are in a 'race'. If it even happened.

<--also not impressed with peak dyno numbers on a street car, wants to see torque & hp curves. Import guys seem to love peak HP numbers since they have no low RPM power to discuss :-P

Very true, and I almost said 3 types of Zs, but I figure the Z51 is indistinguishable from the base model while you are driving alongside.
