Spohn t/a and moser 9 install nightmare, PLEASE HELP!
I tried to install my spohn adj torque arm on my moser 9 today. I am having the worst time with this. My t/a has the dual hole mounting bracket. I can not get the bolt to go through the holes on the inside, but on the outter holes I can get one bolt fully through and the other through the top but not the bottom. Its like I dont have any room to adjust the arm to allow the bolt through. Anyone have any ideas or tips to finish the install. Also, will a lakewood d/s loop fit with this torque arm?

if you raise or lower the axle, the angle will change a little and may help. Unless the issue is with the holes in the TA itself.

try feeding the bolts through with the tq arm off the rear, if they fit, just jack the rear up and down until it wiggles in, if not, make the hole a little larger and then reinstall

I usually use a big prybar in the lca mounting area to get the rear on the correct angle for the torque arm bolts to go through, and sometimes end up having to give them a bit of convincing with a mallet (don't suggest beating them through though). I've also unbolted the torque arm from the front and bolted it to the rear first, because you can pull down on the torque arm in the front with enough leverage to get it into position easier and just catch the single clamshell 15mm rather than trying to get two bolts lined up when you have virtually no leverage to line up the rear
