Dorito Taco

There is no reason to ever eat a hard shell taco that isn't a Dorito taco. The Taco Bell employee gloriously gave me a double shelled one on accident and it was awesome. That is all.

Have you experienced?

LTb1ow 05-19-2012 09:31 AM

Taco bell in general for me, is always good at first and then, train wreck.

Still haven't tried the dorito taco, maybe I will now...

MyFirstZ 05-19-2012 10:05 AM

sound dericous

You guys don't know what you're missing... I'm going there after I get out of work.

And word on the street is that there are developing a cool ranch flavor one next

Word on the street, eh? Is this going to replace the Crunch Wrap as my Taco Bell Go-To order?

LS1ow 05-19-2012 12:16 PM

Dorito Taco is amamazing.

Tru2Chevy 05-19-2012 03:37 PM

I had one last week....my thoughts were MEH. Smelled good, plenty of typical Dorito cheese to lick off of your fingers after you eat one, but as far as the taste compared to a standard hard shell taco - no real noticeable difference for me.

Maybe getting the accidental double shell like you did would make the difference.

Well I had a single shell after work and it was awesome as well.

In conclusion, if you are going to get a hard taco at taco bell, make sure it's a Dorito taco.

Tis okay.

NastyEllEssWon 05-19-2012 06:52 PM

i like both taco bell and doritos, dont like them together. im a fan of original crispy shells :D

KirkEvil 05-19-2012 07:08 PM

i didnt think there was that big of a difference between the regular and the dorito taco...I kind of expected more

WildBillyT 05-19-2012 08:10 PM

I love them. Yes, there will be a cool ranch flavor.

...I love taco bell. Doritos locos taco was good but I got myself way to excited for it... I set the bar to high and set my self up for a let down.

I personally think that a cool ranch flavor would be AMAZING.. but here I go again lol

Slow-V6 05-21-2012 12:21 AM

Had my first Doritos Taco yesterday and I must say it wasnt that good. Think I will be staying with the regular taco shells..

88WS-6 05-21-2012 05:23 AM

I'm sure the experience varies depending on location. Only way I can explain that some of you didn't become infatuated like I did.

sweetbmxrider 05-21-2012 06:55 AM

Good marketing, 5 stars, would use again.

greenformula92 05-21-2012 07:09 AM

dorito taco is good but the blue shell they used on the blackjack taco a couple years ago was better

The_Bishop 05-21-2012 08:35 AM

Is there really such a thing as 'good' taco bell? It's all recycled dog$#!+ to me.

88WS-6 05-21-2012 08:45 AM

I'm hoping that they eventually sell the Dorito shells at the food store so I can just make my own quality tacos using that shell.

IROCZman15 05-21-2012 10:10 PM

WildBillyT 05-22-2012 10:37 AM

Actually, I had the Dorito Taco supreme (I dunno if they have a regular one).
