i need 24 black lug nut covers for 19mm lugs (cts-v) also a cts navi disc.

Are you looking for original lug nut caps? From GM in 2004 they came with chrome caps P/N 9593175 and in 2005 the lug nuts and caps are one piece and came in stainless steel.
