Poly bushings

So while I'm waiting for the new trans I decided to swap out the completely hammered front control arm bushings. My god what a pain. The only way iu can think of to remove the old stuff is to burn it out. It takes forever. You re-use the factory metal sleeves so pressing them out does no good.

I had .25" of play back and forth in the upper arm, the bushing was completely gone.

Luckily, i didn't have to fight the bolts out but that damnb rubber has been insane. What a mess.
