Never had a problem with powerstop rotors. RPMspeed.com has a knock off brand of rotors for cheap that also worked well. Hawks pads by far beat out anything else Ive used and held up really well to...

Sounds miserable. For those top bolts I always committed to pulling the intake right from the start and laying on top of the valley. You can pretty much reach everything from there with a box wrench....

you should at least run a line from the driver...
you should at least run a line from the driver valve cover to tee into the line that goes to the TB for fresh air. Valve covers are a high point for evaporation and then condense in the stock baffles...

Find a race model trans cooler with NPT or AN ports to add pushlok fittings or better. Only a matter of time before those hoses soften with temp and blow.
