LCA's as in rear LCA's? If so, it's only 4 bolts for all 2 arms. 2 on either end... not hard at all. The only trick is to do ONE at a time. Don't remove both arms, remove one, install new, go to next...

Brake clean and btw, it's a combination valve, not just a prop valve :P . It's for the drum brakes and a delay circuit to push the drum shoes out (over power the springs) to give you equal braking...
