Its probably the release button. These are somewhat prone to failure. The contacts in the switch inside the release corrode and stop working.

For starters id replace the head gasket change...

For starters id replace the head gasket change the oil and replace the spark plugs.
Maybe change out the coolant to.

The knock is propably a valve and its most likely shaking from being unblanced...

Ok when my car gets warmed up the transmission start to shift really hard like its banging against the car you can really feel it...kind of feels like im hitting a bad bump everytime i shift any...
