Definitely do it if it hasn't been repainted. Like everyone else said, it cleans the car up nicely and makes it smoother. I did mine after having the car only a couple months....

I didn't get to clay bar it, but last weekend I washed and quick waxed her. Wash, clay bar, wash, then wax seems to be the norm.
