Adam you are right, Holley centers there bolts where stock is more offset forward. Paul at torqhead is having one made up for me to fit on the Holley tb.

So inside the rear bumper cover there is a bracket of sorts. One on the dr side, one on the pass. side. This "bracket" has three bolts two slip lower section of the quarter panel and the other bolts...
