talk to the body shop, sometime the labor involved with aftermarket metal cost more than OE sheet metal. I guarantee they'd rather have OE fenders, even solid used ones

Vendors do not make sheet metal, so it’s not about year one or classic industries, etc. Hell you can get quality sheet metal from rock auto and summit.

This sucks.

Homeowners will not pay anything, even if it had been on your property. I suspect hagerty will deny the claim but you never know.
