ok, ive looked for shortblocks but 90% are for sale due to certain problems, the reason they were removed, the other 10% get pretty decent prices. I dont need to rebuild a ls1, i would just have it sit as a spare engine to use for a future project, possibly to stick in my Denali when it hits 90k miles. i'll keep my eyes open for a complete shortblock for now.
