you can bypass the VATS completely if you don't want to deal with it. there are only 15 possible resistance that VATS uses.they are 392,523,681,887,1,130,1,470,1,870,2,370,3,010,3,74 0,4,750,6,040,7,500,9,530,11,800 OHMS measure the resistance on the key and find a resistor of the same value and wire it inline with the wire that go to the computer and you don't need vats keys anymore.
