The lot size is a little over a 1/2 acre. there is no garage, but You could build one in the back, the lot is approx. 70 front, 80 rear, 320 left, and 350 right. House definitely needs roof (shingles) septic, and well. Upstairs has hardwood floors and is in great shape very minor work, downstatirs needs work. It also has a woodburning stove downstairs. If I were to purchase it I would gut the entire downstairs. If you are interested PM me and I'll give you phone number and answer questions. Springfield is a great rural community with a great school system.
