IMO, if you have the exhaust coated, there were be a greatly reduced need for the wrap. Coatings like Jet-Hot are designed to keep the heat inside the pipes.

I'm not expert on turbo systems, but I would think that getting your headers and Y pipe coated would show a nice improvement, and help keep heat down in the engine bay too.
