You have to FINISH the main game (World at War) at any level. When you restart the game you will notice that the ZOMBIE game is now allowed to be selected. You can buy the extra levels for multi-players ONLY thru Xbox Live, but you can play single player with the bonus game you opened. It also allows you to play multi-player with this level. Since this game was played to the end, it opened up the ZOMBIE level.
