There are four possible causes for the pressure to bleed down so fast:

-Leaking fuel pump check ball.
-Leaking fuel pump flex pipe.
-Leaking valve/seat within fuel pressure regulator.
-Leaking injectors.

So it's definitely one of those. Good luck!
