Im not sure you can do it on BB, but I could link my FB friends with my BB contacts. The FB picture shows up when they call me.

They have had that for WM phones for a while, and I think iPhone's too.
I wonder if they have a performance app.
for iPhone it was called Dynolisious or something like that. BB had something else.
