Cars probably start showing up around 3pm so any time after 4 is a safe bet. I plan on heading over as soon as I can get out of work and stop home to change. Probably around 4:30 to 5 if things go ok at work. I'll grab a table outside when I get there if they are available. Weather sounds like it's going to be great so it might be a busy night.
