Anyone in the area have a Tech II?

Trying to get my brakes bled and I'm fairly sure I still have air in the ABS unit. Swapped in new braided brake lines, calipers, pads and rotors and in the process let the ABS unit run dry. So far I bled about 3 quarts of fluid through the system and did a few ABS-activated stops, which helped, but the pedal is weird. Car off, it's like stepping on a rock. Start it up and it seems to get a little mushy. Everything I read says you need a tech II to bleed the ABS right, and I'm trying to avoid being raped by the stealership.
