i have a like new Whelen LED Roof Lightbar. Its so new it still has the plastic protection on the lenses. I do not believe it has ever been installed. it does work. It lights up Red and Blue however the LED packs can be changed to all amber if need be. It has a traffic advisor on the rear and take down lights on the sides and the front.

A light bar like this sells for $1300 new. I am asking $400 FIRM and this thing must go ASAP
