I had the pleasure of dealing with Chris this week on the latest rental he was looking for for his work. Chris was super professional and communicated the entire process to me well before, during, and even after he rented some bike parts from me.

He picked the stuff up when he said he would and dropped it back off in the same condition in a very timely fashion.
