I usually use a big prybar in the lca mounting area to get the rear on the correct angle for the torque arm bolts to go through, and sometimes end up having to give them a bit of convincing with a mallet (don't suggest beating them through though). I've also unbolted the torque arm from the front and bolted it to the rear first, because you can pull down on the torque arm in the front with enough leverage to get it into position easier and just catch the single clamshell 15mm rather than trying to get two bolts lined up when you have virtually no leverage to line up the rear
