I believe it's Charcoal, but I'll have to double check.
If it would help, I can snap a picture of it in the sunlight, (against my other headliner out of my Ebony car, for reference, if you wish).

Forgot to add, I also have door panels, seat belts, guides, sail panels, rear divider, and a lot of other interior pieces left. If you don't see it in the first post, then ask here or PM me.
