They are typically for lowered cars, although they may help non lowered cars too. Probably have that extra piece for more stability - I'm guessing.

I would think in your case a good drag radial would help a lot more than the relocation brackets in terms of better 60' times. Have had very good experience with them on nitrous equipped L98 cars, at least the Nitto 555 DR in 16".
