Corrosion would have been my main concern. Since I don't fully understand powder coating I don't known if it can be worn down enough to bare metal again from vibration.

No doubt, but, very seldom do you see OE solid mounts (Jk you don't
) so you are off the map in terms of modeling off OE stuff.
I am not that familiar with LSX mounts, but you have a aluminum block that mounts to block and then a bolt that connects it to the K member?
