I don't think the sleeve is the right part. It has a grease fitting for a poly bushing on there. Looks like a halved ass version of the umi delta joint. I have a set of umi double adjustable rod end lca's for sale if you can figure these out.
I would NOT run them with just that sleeve in there. Too much friction and slop
