So, question time:
Parts pile for snowtime heads/cam swap is growing. I have a rocker arm question:
I have the stock rockers that are currently on the car. I know the stock roller bearings like to puke out and infest the motor, so obviously they must change.
I also have a set of 'heavy duty' replacements I bought new f
rom a vendor on LS1Tech a few years ago. They look ok, different bearing design from the factory rockers. Still needle bearings but maybe secured a bit better.
The latest trend being run by the cool kids are a bushing replacement on the stock rockers,
like these. My question is: do I run the new but unknown durability heavy duty ones I bought, or upgrade the stockers?
I'd prefer quiet and bulletproof.
