if your gonna keep a cat on the car it wont be that bad...once you bypass the cat though it gets real loud real quick...at one point i didnt have a muffler at all on my 86 iroc and it was dead quiet, mainly cuz it had a stock cat on it...it was a 305tpi car...the 350 is gonna push more air but basically the loudmouth is just a strait pipe after the cat...in which case i say would sound fine on an otherwise stock car.
