uh, i don't know where you're from, but i've yet to see a 12 year old with a body like that.
calling people ugly is stupid because if they are ugnly, then they alkready know it. if they aren't your ideal of beautiful, that doesn't matter much because they are in at least one person's eyes. they say there is someone for everyone. so this person wasn't for you. that doesn't make them ugly. of course i am talking strictly physical asthetics, nothing to do with any thing else like personality or charm or whatver else might make them attractive because our society rarely looks passed physical attributes.
