good deal?

need some opinions. found a mcleod twin disk for sale for an lt1 i need one. but it needs a new pressure plate and the flywheel needs to be resurfaced. the disks he said are brand new. hes askin $350 the pressure plate is 350 for a new one then i need the flywheel resurfaced. so im thinkin 800-850 total. you think its worth it?
