Need advice from all!

alright guys. so I recently picked up a 2002 camaro with the 3.8 5 speed. The car has the reduced engine power light on along with the service engine light. when scanned it comes up with 2 different codes which are p1221, and p1220. they both are related to the throttle position sensor. well research says to replace the whole throttle body as the sensors are built into it. I ended up finally finding one from a junkyard and grabbed it and put it in along with a new maf sensor and still has those codes. if I clear it the service engine light goes out for a split second and then comes right back on. does anyone have any advice what so ever what to check next as this thing is driving me nuts. lol any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Have you checked the plug itself and the wiring back to the pcm?
