I've got a set, I can take pics for you. They are the large ovals, not the peanut ports. They are not junk and have no visible damage anywhere from what I can tell.

( all i need is heads, )

you need just the heads is that right no valves no springs ????? all the early castings -- in an oval port were 265 cc intake runners thats the big oval ---i have 1966 type with 90 cc ( CLOSED ) combustion chambers 396 small dome piston is almost 10-2 /1 compression --- i have large oval empty and with all the parts have them both ways --- # 2 i have 3 or more sets of 049 -- or 781 thats also large oval port 265cc intake runners but they are open chamber 119 cc and i think one set of 124 cc combustion chambers both ways as well with or with out parts need to know what it is you need for a price but i have -- tell me what your building and i will make suggestions - jz

ps -- i am one exit after islands on 80 - 35 min easton

If he's got 049/781s, go with those... not to sandbag my own sale but those are the best flowing factory oval ports made.

My heads are buried away anyway LOL. I coudn't even find them tonight.

the set i have is an 049 set they came off a running motor they are as removed ---PLEASE NOTE --- from the condition of the spark plugs it appears that they are in good shape in no way does that mean you can bolt them on an engine as you get them from me --- they have been in the shop 6 or 8 years --- surface rust is on almost everything disassemble and bead blasting is a must ----- $500.00 the way they are --- I DO NOT KNOW OR ATTEST TO THE HEADS BEING PERFECT BUT --- if your machine shop should find a crack in one or both i will replace your money or give you another single or a set best deal i have for them -- jz

PS: -- THE AFR ALLOY HEAD IS NOT ONE OF THEM ITS JUST IN THE BACK ROUND -- JZ
