They just put this one into service in North carolina.

Yea, not always, but usually cars like that are confiscated. A B4C Camaro is one thing, a Corvette or other more high end car is quite another.

Its got a visor mount on the pass side... I wouldnt stop for that.

Here in NC cars that are caught street racing are confiscated and can be either turned into a police vehecile or auctioned off this corvette was mostly confiscated just like the mustang in this video below

in a situation where you unsure like that the proper procedure is to slow down to 25 mph, put your hazards on and keep riding till you find a populated area...such as a mall or a gas station parking lot...maybe a D&D if your feeling bold
