Jersey Shore NJFBOA Member Thread!!

TIME TO GATHER UP!! Years ago, the Jersey Shore WAS the place to be. Some can remember the 60-70 car meet we had at the Stop and Shop Parking lot some time ago. Many members have come and gone, but its time for the Jersey Shore to start to regain dominance in the NJFBOA.
Ok, since we are spread out over Monmouth and Ocean county, as far north as Middletown, to as far south as Forked River, thats a good hour gap from top to bottom.

So lets try to come up with a central idea of where we can meet. Im thinking Brick area, its about 20-30 mins from me, and the most central of everything.
So lets get gathering some ideas. Thoes in the Brick area, throw down some ideas. We can also have different places, such as a meet in Monmouth County, and then a meet at places like Sonics in Waretown.
How about teh 5 Guys in Brick? THey just opened up one in Red Bank, but the one in brick would be cool?

How about, first meet up would be Toms River this Saturday? Lots of people in the area. Meet up around 10pm at the little wawa on 37 next to the pizza place and Auto Lenders.

definitally down for that....i have a buddy i can bring too probably with his ws6. sonic sounds sweet. why the little wawa? big lots has....a big lot lol, we should meet up there so there is more space and not making ppl mad.

oh, we need a poll in here and we will mark the monthly meet dates for the jersey shore.....or we can vote on one at the meet this saturday.


njnets go tell damn dave and them to come to our meets. i know they are having one tonight. but dave is nonconformist and has to do things HIS way.

You should pick a constant day/time. Like we do, 2nd Tuesday of every month. Easy to remember.

We go to the little wawa because we don't get bothered by cops as much. Just this past saturday a cop drove by us 3 times and said nothing while dave and his friends were at the big wawa and ended up at the little one because they got kicked out. And the Wednesday night thing seems to be pretty consistent. You gonna head down tonight? We should have around 10 cars showing up.

im cool with brick tr's little wawa is cool. its set back enough that no one cares....yet! the 5 guys in brick looks like its a small lot, but thats cool too. ha i can't really think of anywhere else to go and i live here. i fail

coming down hooper which way is the small wawa on 37? towards the GSP or towards sleezeside. maybe i'll throw the car on the trailer and see if i can get challenged to a race. of course it would be at the track not on 37. i learned my lesson there years ago.

So this is this Saturday night? and where?

Saturday night, 10pm, Little Wawa next to Auto lenders.

To get there, coming from the parkway exits, you go east bound on 37 for about 3-4 lights. You will pass the Wawa that is on the west bound side, but you will see the big Auto Lenders lot next store first. Once you see that, get in your right lane, go around the jug and head west bound.

Im thinking for a normal monthly meet, TGI Fridays in Brick the first or third weds or thursday of every month at 7pm. That should put us out of harms way for traffic in the area, as well as other traffic durring the weekend.

Post up if you have a better idea, place, time, etc.
