I think Mulligans would be a good deal. Lets do that. And since Feb and March seem to mirror eachother, it will be March 17th.
I think this is the first time where two months shared the same lay out. Odd....

That will happen 3 out of 4 years for February and March, since Feb. is exactly 4 weeks.
Make sure you account for St. Patrick's day shenanigans where ever you decide to go.
