im going to guess he is talking about the car shows. Its too bad the 5-0 are on top of their game and nail most of the people who do burnouts these last few years. i remember back in 2002 when the cops were cool about it all- good ol' wildwood ave, all i could see was smoke, and i had no tread by the time i left the island.
