Neither of the cars have hit the track yet. Once the Chevelle trans gets squared away its gonna be time to get some runs in. Â*
I know for a fact a certain gold camaro just ran a 11.3 on sunday though.

by the time we are all done shoveling snow my car will have much more to offer. maybe i shoudl say the current configuration should be capable of high 12's. a "little" weight out and freeing up some more power i should be able to rip some serious numbers in the spring.

ive gonna 12.7 at 115 but cant find the slip..... so its not in the timeslip thread
new job = serious money = serious work on the car this weekend.....
my goal for 2006 is to be in the top 5 on the f-body timeslips list, and top 10 in the non-fbody

Don't know if I count as being centeral NJ, but I am a member of CJCFO?
Anywho. Â*I made one pass this year which bad tuning and a slipping SC belt. Â*But I had to at least make one pass this year! Â*So leaving at idle and shifting at 5,000RPMs w/ only 4 lbs of boost I went 12.47 at 119 MHP. I know there is a whole lot more in the car for sure!

I know Bryan Loo has run around a 10.59 with his 99 SS but that was 2 years ago so I'm sure he's beaten that by now.

I thought he did put in an auto but the car lost ET and picked up MPH?
Maybe we'll find out Tuesday night. We might have interesting poeple show up.

Quickest in central (and probably most of NJ) would have to be George Baxter.... 9.05@155MPH with the LT1 in a 3,900# 30th SS convertible. 8.60@160MPH in the same car with a Gen 1 SBC and the weight pared down to 3,550#. The car is long gone. He's about to start his next project.
Bryan hasn't run his car in a couple years as noted above. It was already running a TH400. If you go to the old CJC/FO website, Cliff Briggs has an 11.146@125.0MPH, and I have an 11.162@127.67MPH. Niether of us have run in about 3 years. My time was with a 125-shot.... right now its set up for a 300-shot, but I never have time to run it any more.
