Well, I got most of the pipes bolted up but I can't get the tips to line up the way I want them so I might have to hit a muffler shop for tips and probably some good hanger setup. But I can say one thing, holy ***** is it loud! Idle is nice and throaty but it really rips when you hit the throttle. Most of you guys have heard Jon's 64 Chevelle and it's very similar but a little louder. I still need to get some hangers set up better but it won't be going for a ride in the rain anyway so I'll have to wait.

It's been raining here in Ewing since 10:30 this morning. I wanted to get a mountain bike ride in but no luck. The mufflers are Force Automotive V-Force mufflers which are basically Flowmaster 2 chamber clones. These are brutally loud with the 396 and the headers are 2" primaries. It's bolted up good and tight now so when the weather permits I'll take a cruise. But I might have to get some mufflers that are a little quieter. I'll bring the car to the central meet on the 20th as long as it isn't raining, sleeting or snowing.
