When printing out your SRF (Service Request Form) after check-in, you will need to leave a note on the top center with the code: "NJFB13" along with your user name here on NJFBOA.org. You will need to fill out the SRF as normal, but please be sure to include this discount code on the top of the SRF to receive your proper discount. IF YOU DO NOT INCLUDE THIS CODE OR YOUR USER NAME, YOU WILL BE BILLED AT THE REGULAR RATE. (note that we WILL check your user name to make sure you are an active member of NJFBOA and did not sign up just to receive the discount.) You will still get FREE SHIPPING via USPS, but faster return shipping rates will still apply. This free shipping is good on sets of 4 or more. If sending in less than 4 injector, a shipping charge of $6 would still apply.
